Our process begins with getting to know our customers, how they work and what are their goals in moving offices or refurbishing their existing one. We come and meet with you, and if appropriate, with your teams and/or team managers to understand what elements of your current workplace work, and which elements pose a challenge.
Previously, we have met with the business owners, conducted meetings and brain storming exercises with team managers and leaders, and in some cases we have conducted workshops with the entire workforce to get a true feeling for the way in which your business works.
This initial consultation is also an excellent opportunity to understand your budget, as we work to the budgets you have set. Our furniture fit-outs can range from the very economical through to the very opulent, but they never look cheap.
